Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact and the product is in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your nearest carrier drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once we receive the items.
